Atomic Coffee Machines are made from aluminium and you should NEVER leave water inside the machine for long periods. At best you will fill the machine with aluminium oxide and at worst the steam knob will meld to the body.

You can use lemon juice to clean the inside of your Atomic Coffee machine. Avoid getting lemon juice on the outside otherwise your machine will lose its shine.

This short clip focuses on cleaning the inside of your Atomic Coffee Machine including the head plate.

  • wouldnt it be better to use penetrating oil spray to try and remove the knob...the same stuff they use for tight or rusty bolts on cars..?it's a bit expensive but could save you some grief..

  • I love homemade coffee, but my machine lay dormant until coffeeloverstipsandtricks (.) com plugged me in!
