When the knee push ups are too easy but the regular push ups are beyond your reach, what do you do in between? This tutorial will show you how to progress from knees to full ups ups while maximizing muscle activation in between. Please 'scuse the belly, I'm still a work in progress. 67lbs down, 29 to go!

  • In about a month I went from only being able to do 1 girly push up to 14... I think it's important to go slow but steady :)

  • @crazykidboom Don't stop doing those. When I was your age, I could do the same number as you, but now (after almost 10years) I can't even do 1. If only tapping comp's keyboard built muscles on whole body...
