Avis Car Rental -

My Avis Rental experience came with hand operated windshield wipers. We were stuck on the road, at night, with a 98 year old grandfather, in the rain and Avis refused to send help. When I asked them to bring me a new car, they refused and forced us to drive a second time in the rain without wipers to the rental shop to get a replacement. Two months later, a manager from customer service fully reimbursed us, but said that upgrade coupons were out of her control and hard to get. Really?!!!! You are the manager of CUSTOMER SERVICE. You are full of crap, that's what you are!!! DON"T RENT FROM AVIS!!!!!!!!! Their customer service is the worst. This is a video of day two - returning the car back to Avis because they would not send a replacement.
