@miloootic Actually, the Galaxy IS better. As Star Trek "advances" the weapons become less powerful per-shot than before. Notice: in TOS, a single photon would blow up a continent. In the TOS movies, one could blow a BOP apart. In TNG, 5 torps barely scratch a BOP.
In Voyager, they imply that a torpedo can blow a moon to bits, but then we see a couple landing in a city, smashing exactly two buildings.

i think if you are implying that a Galaxy class is better then a Sovereign you are seriously delusional and clearly a TNG fan boy that prob cried when the D got blown up.
need i remind you that the Sov had X10 times the launchers of a Galaxy and has superior Quantum torpedoes in addition to an advanced type of photons.

@miloootic Your first comment implies that TNG is insipid. My comment proves that Voyager is far worse.
And DS9 torpedoes are just as powerful, as were torpedoes in TOS. The Intrepid and Soverign classes have seriously pitiful torpedoes, unless they shot at the far-wimpier-than-TNG Borg ships.
