There were about 55,000 people at the Tokyo Dome, it's an indoor baseball stadium like the Metrodome in Minnesota. The Japan tour was the only shows in Asia so there were alot of fans from other countries in Asia, like South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, there were even people from Europe too.

Sorry for the very late reply.. I went to all 4 shows in Japan, two I sat very close to the stage. Once I sat like the first fifth row in Tokyo and in Osaka I sat right next to the stage in the middle of the stadium!

I recently read on the internet that Madonna is planning another world tour do you know if that's true? Is she touring again in 2011?

Did U go to her sticky and sweet tour? How about you where did you sit for the confessions tour concert?

The wikipedia page says that the two tokyo dates had 70,000 ppl = 35,000 for each show.

@ezboy777 well, sold out means all the seats that were available for a SPECIFIC show are sold out... they obv. didnt use all the seats at the arena coz many ppl would b sitting in seats with bad view!

Well in that case I've been duped by Madonna! That full capacity of Tokyo Dome is 55000, that's what it says on their website and Modanna said that the Tokyo Dome concert was sold out so I just assumed there were 55000. Sold out means every seat sold right? Well I guess I'll be more careful on the number of people who attend concerts but where did you find out about that figure? I looked at wikipedia but couldn't find it could you provide us a link?

In any case it was a good concert!
