The next "flash mob" meditation event is SUNDAY, OCTOBER 23rd, from 2-2:30pm and will continue at Occupy Portland. We will meet at the OBELISK in the center of Occupy Portland camp. This is the park across the street from Chapman Square downtown. Please join us!

We will send loving & supporting intentions to the OCCUPY PORTLAND movement, with unifying intentions to the 99% and 1% alike! As always, this will be a peaceful nondenominational meditation and we will take care not to block any public walkways. It is currently a tent city with many covered areas, so we can find cover rain or shine.

At 2pm we will spread out where space permits, being conscious to keep public pathways unobstructed. You don't have to meditate the whole half hour, but just come be a part of the experience. No prior meditation experience is necessary!

Then the half hour seated silent meditation begins! You can come for all of it, part of it, or kick back and bask in the peace.

Our Goals:
1. To expose the World to meditation through public display of meditation.
2. To create an environment for people from all walks of life to come together in meditation.
3. To come together as a Global Community to send positive intentions out into the world.
