ONE Specialty Concrete, Xteriors, and Pools, LLC ( http://www.ONESpecialty.com ) is a full-service home interior and exterior design and construction company that extends a unique custom contractor program to individual home owners, custom home builders, and general contractors in the Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex. We work primarily with home owners and custom home builders on high-end residential exterior design of decorative stone features and concrete work, hardscapes, exterior landscaping, and luxury swimming pools. Our service area includes, but is not limited to: Dallas, Highland Park, Park Cities, Fort Worth, Southlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, Argyle, Flower Mound, Highland Village, Denton, Decatur, and surrounding areas.
From its inception as a specialty concrete company more than 15 years ago, ONE Specialty has expanded tremendously over the past 6 years with the founding of ONE Specialty Exteriors and ONE Specialty Pools. Everyday we strive to provide quality work to home owners and custom home builders by operating under four guiding principles: 1) Honesty 2) Proactive Communication 3) Quality Craftsmanship and 4) Passion for what we do.
We offer Six Residential & Commercial Contractor Services:
CONCRETE: Our custom concrete contractor services include concrete foundations (post tension foundations & rebar foundations), concrete patios, pool decks, concrete retainer walls, and polished concrete floors. In addition to more traditional salt finish concrete and exposed aggregate concrete options, we offer a number of decorative concrete services including acid stain concrete and stamped concrete.
LANDSCAPE: Our landscape contractor services include custom landscape architecture and garden design by our professional landscape designers. We specialize in master plan design of outdoor living areas and construction of outdoor kitchens, outdoor fireplaces and outdoor fire pits, pergolas, and arbors. We offer several garden art accents including water gardens, ponds, and pond-less water features. We also provide gutter cleaning and outdoor landscape lighting services as well as stone edging and retainer wall construction for outdoor landscape drainage and irrigation management.
SWIMMING POOLS: Our luxury swimming pool services include new swimming pool design and swimming pool construction or remodeling of existing swimming pools. Our pool contractor services also include swimming pool decks, swimming pool slides, swimming pool grottos, and specialty swimming pool water features such as custom stone waterfalls.
STONE: We also offer custom stone contractor services (including stone, brick, and flagstone) and mason contractor services for decorative or retainer stone-walls, stone columns, stone patios, and stone grottos. We specialize in construction of unique pool stone-work including stone coping and tile, stone waterfalls, and other stone outdoor water features.
WINDOW CLEANING: We offer interior window cleaning and exterior window cleaning services as well as lighting and chandelier cleaning.
HOME MORTAGE FINANCING OPTIONS: For any of our interior or exterior construction projects we partner with Frost Bank and Blue Star Lending. They offer home mortgage financing options including home equity loans and second mortgage and new home loans.
