Eigenmath can be downloaded for free at: eigenmath.sourceforge.net
Nintendo DS Version: sourceforge.net/projects/eigenmatds
The Eigenmath manual is located in the help section of Eigenmath's website

Eigenmath works on Windows, Mac OS X, and Nintendo DS. The program is comparable to a TI graphing calculator. It can also be referred to as a lite version of Mathematica, Maple or Matlab.

Since this program is free and works like a graphing calculator. Schools and libraries should have this program installed on their computer systems. This program is a wonderful tool for use with mathematics.

This tutorial will cover simple arithmetic, floating point numbers, graphs, algebra, calculus, derivatives, integrals and scripts.

  • is there a way to draw multiple graphs in the same window?

  • @chadkastleful I am not sure that is possible to draw several lines on the same graph. I checked the manual and have not found a solution. - If anyone knows how to make it work, please leave a comment.

  • an Android version is avaliable.

  • 2 questions, does it accept RPN? and how do I convert float to fraction?

  • I thought perhaps I might use the parametric equation function to draw a second graph in the same window, but I'd need to manipulate my equations beyond reason to get the needed graphs. Still very useful software. I can't afford maple or matlab, so I'm thankful for this simple, free program.

  • thank you

  • @driftkid101 just factor that 11x (6x-5) = 40 0 = 66x-15 for which you solve for x

  • can it do problems like 11x-(6x-5)=40 ?

cuz this is what im dealing with

  • I love eigenmath. It' small and simple, but very useful!

  • Fantastic software. Keep up the good work that you are doing...
