I thought it was a nice video though I dont think using live test dummys was a good idea. If im right the vest also had stab plates. Kevlar is not the most stab or cut resistant material though it provides good low cost bullet protection. Weight is an issue as is manouverability
Be careful and dont take any risks when making your videos. And if you do buy a stab vest buy a quality one. Kevlar wont give you great blunt trauma protection either.

there is no way you have kevlar. there is a difference between kevlar and a flak jacket. a flak jacket is not made of kevlar and a civilian can not own kevlar. plus, just assuming that somehow you actually got kevlar, being that it is a fabric it can be cut. it is designed to stop high velocity projectiles, not low velocity blades. so this test is irrelevant.

@jonesm16 and again. Kevlar can be removed, and they ARE stab proof. Have you even seen Kevlar fabric? It can be cut but with machinery. You can't just cut it with scissors! Check your facts before you start trying to run my videos down!

@jonesm16 of course they can purchase the stuff. And it was Kevlar cus it was printed on the label. I sold that one in my video and now I own an ex-military Kevlar vest which is ex-NATO. I don't think you know your facts, mate. And when I said it was a Flak jacket, I used that as a generic term for 'body armour'. Anybody can purchase Kevlar, dude.

The 7.62mm TT round is not the same as the 7.62x39mm that the ak 47 shoots, it is a small pistol round not a high velocity rifle round. The ak will punch right threw that unless it has ceramic, polyethylene, or steel rifle plates. And as for that air rifle you shot it with, I got a wool sweater that could stop that.

@baltzellb well yeah i know that. you really think i thought my air rifle would penetrate that. comments like yours were posted a while ago bud! This video was made more for the comedic element but thanks for watching anyways! :)
