Scooby's legs are not only crazy strong but they are made for enormous endurance. He ALSO already said that he cas chronic problems with his knee. Thats why he does not do Squats with 10000lbs like you may expect from him.
Look at his pictures of flexing Quadriceps and think again before shouting out garbage.

Doing that "Inhale up exhail down" leads to a too high pressure in the Head and oxygen depravation. Give your muscles all the oxygen they need and breathe as it is needed.

He's running triathlons now. It's like he described in another video; people who run a lot are effectively over-training, so instead of getting bigger and stronger, his legs are getting leaner and better able to handle endurance.

pullovers are exercises mainly to develop the serratus anterior. if u do them with forearms extended (180°) u involve the pectoralis major more than needed cause the inertion is on the humerous (radiology.rsna.org/content/21
0/3/785/F1.small.gif). keep forearms and upper arm in 90° and close to ur ribcage for the whole range of motion. know where ur serratus anterior is b4 doing these exercises or simply search for 'steve reeves'...
