Update: A few people have asked me about the fermenter I'm using. See the video response for an explanation.

Braved the elements and brewed a breakfast stout today.

5.5 gallons o.g. 1.053
8# 2-row pale malt
1# crystal 80l
.75# chocolate malt
.5# roasted barley
1# oats
.75oz chinook 90 min
.75oz chinook 15 min
2-hour boil
Nottingham Ale Yeast - slurry from prev batch
