Based on the poem, America The Beautiful, attributed to Judge Roy Stewart Moore, former chief justice of the Alabama Supreme Court, and accompanied by an instrumental version of Eve Of Destruction.

The ACLU filed a Federal lawsuit against Moore for displaying a granite monument of the Ten Commandments ("The Rock") in the central rotunda of the state supreme-court building, and had him deposed and stripped of his judgeship (November 13, 2003). Now they are reportedly trying to revoke his right to practice law in Alabama.

Video production, narration, and remixed music by Norbert H. Kox, Apocalypse House (apocalypsehouse.com). Produced in Magix Movie Edit Pro 14. Eve of Destruction, remixed in Harmony Assistant.

  • ACLU hates Christians. They are nothing but a front group for the pope. Sad! The people want sin and have turned their backs on God. The end truly is near. Come Lord Jesus Come.

  • Unintentionally hilarious, thanks.

  • He can write pretty poems all he wants. He certainly will never write another judicial opinion.

    When Moore's disbarment is announced, I have a bottle of vintage Dom Perignon chilled just for the occasion.

  • For the people who insist the ten commandments are the foundation for the U.S. legal system, when's the last time someone was prosecuted for coveting? And I'd love to see you try and enforce that bit about keeping the sabbath. What, would you send the police door to door on Sunday? I bet you would if you thought you'd "save" a few souls.

  • Another Great Video Brother Nor...!

    I'd add the Fact we no longer allow God's name to be uttered in Schools...God forgive us for permitting Humanism to overrule Your Laws!

    American believers: let's repent/turn to Him now!

  • The thing is that if anyone has read the Old Testament they can see the influence it has on the way our courts are run today. It doesn't make sense that we aren't allowed to have the Ten Commandments in our court room when the Bible has influenced our court system so much. Hello, "In God We Trust." That is how it's supposed to be.

  • Billy Graham said it right when he said;

    "If God doesn't judge America for her sins He needs to apologize to Sodom & Gamorrah!

  • Can't wait until they pull Moore's law license. The practice of law is not a "right". It is a priviledge. Moore has as little "right" to practice law in Alabama as Matthew Hale did in Illinois- and his antics on the bench did a lot more harm to the judiciary in America than Hale.

    Let Moore make a living writing for religionist cretins at WorldNut Daily, or giving speeches to slack jawed yokels about "Americanism." The practice of law is reserved for ladies & gentlemen- not trash like him.
