How to convert any video to HD

This works with any video as long as it is a video file I am ganna show how to use Camtasia Studio 6 also in this video so if you want to know how to convert a video from a .camrec video file to a .AVI in Camtasia Studio that is the 1st part now the 2nd part at 1:15 is how to convert any video file to HD file I use AVI files the convert so it gives you best video frame rates

If you upload to youtube it will take a min or 2 to have the option to watch in HD but you will never go back if you do 1 video in HD

Im using Camtasia Studio 6 it is not free but works great as you can see from the video here but that is what im using so dont ask

All you need is a windows vista computer and a video file
