  • do you by any chance know if this method of moulding is used on the plastc recycling Bins/Trash cans

  • I believe that recycling bins are produced using Injection molding machines, similar materials but different processes.

  • a little audio could have really enhanced the value.

  • I agree, and unfortunately I was not experienced with the new camera to know the sound was off. I will reshoot at a future date. Thanks for the comment!

  • Wheelie type bins are best produced with injection moulding machines. We had a 2800T machine moulding 240 litre bins at a rate of around 51 bins per hour (70 second cycle) from a single cavity tool. By far the best way to make them.

  • GOOD WORK THE DESIGN IS VERY GOOD , I THINK THE ENERGY REQUIRED TO OPERATE THE MACHINE WILL ALSO MORE ECONOMICAL WHEN COMPARED WITH THE SAME VOLUME BI AXIAL OVEN MACHINE .

THANKS FOR YOUR VIDEO GOOD KEEP IT UP.

    BEST OF LUCK.

  • @caseyr1992 I believe the cutouts we do are ground up and died black to be used as reprocessed "Repro" plastic powder.

  • @MeowChef actually we save the cut out for lids to cover the plastic powder so as not to get contamination

  • @youngillustrator Yes, trash cans can be made using a rotational molder. It will come out of the mold with a flat top where the opening of the can would normally be, and an employee will use a router or a type of saw and a jig made especially for that part to remove the top of the plastic part that is not part of the final product.

  • @youngillustrator depends on the cart some are made with rotational molding and others are made with injection molding if the finish is shinny and smooth on your carts its injection and if its not shiny its rotational.

  • they can be used made via rotational moulding, Mac Donalds Bins are.
