To be fair to her on her first world tour (Crazy Tour in 2000) she was clearly singing. That tour was more a straight forward affair where as this and the last major tour is very much set/gimmick based. She does actually sing to a backing track.

@Musicfan5ft8 yes there was, it was the "Crazy 2k Tour" it was literally right before the oops tour. The Oops! tour was basically just a revamped version of the Crazy tour.
