hey if you put another piece of double stick tape on the flap part of the flap you can make it fully inspectable

Nice one! The only "problem" tho is when you show them the signed card just before you place it in the middle of the deck. You gotta hide your pre-signed spectator sign in some cleaver way, otherwise it will fail.
