Well she said she emailed several times, clearly took those "certain steps" & got no response. How would u like to lose $150 with no explanation or response? Its got nothing 2do with being "lady-like". When all else fails, & u are apparantly $150 out of pocket, let the world know & maybe some1 will act finally. And as for "we should be supporting bussiness women like her", the customer clearly DID! What would u call buying $150 worth of Blackonyx' products? I'd say that was support.

I know exactly how she's feeling,I trusted an ole Scam Artist name Sara Sima, her website is sarasima.com and she sells clothing and other fashion items. Spent over $1,500 on her products and she has never delivered only a bunch of lies, So I created a Facebook page for people like that its called "Name them & Shame them" and we help alot of people.Can't afford to be "Lady Like" with am empty pocket. I think that the least Blackoxy could have done was respond to the customers public claims. hmm

I didn't have the same experience you guys have had. I ordered from her a while ago and got all of my products lol she's a really nice person and I had a great experience ordering from her so hopefully everything can get resolved!
