ESL Activity: Matching Words to Phonemes

Liven up your phonetics class! I had all those post-its all around the classroom at the start of the activity, students had to find them, place them on one wall, group them and find relevant examples for words. The pink ones are the sounds, while the yellow ones are the words. This kind of activity gets sts up from their seats and straight into action, even on such subjects as Phonetics, which may be a bit boring to study.
