I did not see anything wrong with the police actions until they rush the crowd and took down the friend. The friend clearly was telling the guy on the ground to stop resisting he was relatively calm and collective. When police rush the friend they did not walk up calmly to ask him for a statement or to question him - they rushed him with the intentions of cause harm - those officers and not the ones at the beginning of the video need to be fired!
