Why are they just standing still? They should all grab her together and wait for another train, then push a leg - only a leg for now - in front of it so it gets torn off. Then they wait, possibly while shoving things into her open wound (like salt and some broken glass), then when another train comes, her hand.
Don't go overboard with it though or she'll die before the finisher: throwing her barely-a-body-anymore in front of that thing. I don't think anyone would object to that. :)
