@CK61938 Yes, but for me, it's a set. The physique + The character. And for now, Bane have just the character. But, you're right, we will wait and see.

@clarkent94 It's not really about the height is it? Why does that have to bother you about the character of Bane? It's not just his size this movie is focusing on, it's the character as a whole. Stop getting worried about how tall Bane should be. People did that with Henry Cavill when he was cast as Superman and I am sick and tired of it. Watch the movie when it comes out and stop worrying about the small things.

@CK61938 First, I said Tom Welling is more massive, I never compare the acting thing. (And even if we compare the acting, Tom welling plays brilliantly is caracter in smallville, but, we don't have a lot of movie of him to compare with) Tom Welling is 6"2 and Tom Hardy is 5"9 there is a big difference.

@clarkent94 Sorry did you just say Tom Welling looks bigger than Tom Hardy? LOL. I would suggest watching two movies: Bronson and Warrior. Both with Tom Hardy in. And you will see what I mean. Tom Welling is not a big movie star like Tom Hardy so really your point is moot. Also, if you read the synopsis, you will know that this Bane isn't using venom. ;) Research first and then we can talk more.

@CK61938 Yes, but I still think it's not enough. Even Tom Welling looks more massive in front of him. He supposed to be tall and very massive and become a big monster thanks to a Venom, right? However, I'm glad they made a smart Bane as in the comics.

@clarkent94 Depends on the comics. If anything he is closer to the Bane of Knightfall than any other Bane. He is muscle in this movie. He is not just a random guy. He is played by Tom Hardy. Google him and you will see that Tom is not just a "random guy". Tom is already a big guy as it is, but for Bane he put an extra 30lbs of muscle. And if you look at the trailer/prologue really closely, you can see his is a lot bigger than Batman.
