Mirror's Edge - Side jump boost help

You need annotations turned on for this video if you want to learn anything.

So a lot of people have been asking how to do the side jump boost, and when someone asked me to make a video for it, I decided to. This shows how to gain momentum really fast. It's a simple trick that doesn't take long to get used to, and it's really useful. But this should help anyone who doesn't understand or know how to do this trick.

I uinderstand the side boost, but how do you make the 90 degrees?

@psychosmoke Just turn with the analog stick or mouse. Make sure your sensitivity is up though.
