bush was fearmongering trash. Gore won the popular vote in '00; Kerry was just a fool in '04. Palin is an idiot & I'm glad we don't have to worry about her becoming prez or that McCain isn't in a position of leadership in these trying times.

Obama is NOT going to win in 2008 so he most likely will not be running again in 2012. Do some research of the polls and the results of Gore v. Bush and Kerry v. Bush in 2000 & 2004 BOTH Gore & Kerry were ahead in the polls all the way to election day, but as Bill Clinton says, close, but no cigar! Palin has balanced a budget, created a surplus, defeated BIG OIL and put her state on the rd to energy indy with a natural gas pipeline. Obama has run on what he "will do", cuz hes done nothing.

Here are some numbers to keep in mind. These are based on the numbers she gave (15 billion gallons from the TransAlaska pipeline) and EIA numbers:
428,571,429- gallons of oil per year from alaska pipeline
211,349,600,000- gallons of oil used per year in US
0.20%- percent of US oil usage provided by alaska oil pipeline per year
Her big argument about moving towards energy independence doesn't even provide .5% of our energy needs. 26 days worth in 35 years. Drill baby drill, eh?

I love the way she blasts Obama & Biden for supporting energy solutions for other nations.....but none for America. Sarah Palin is the best thing that has happened to American Politics in decades. She has my respect, my admiration and my vote!
