That is one of the reasons why it is so important to write "All Rights Retained" on your drivers license when you sign it. If your name is in all capitol letters on your drivers license, you must also write those same words. If they have you sign an electronic capture box that is then digitally arranged on to your physical license you can write it directly bellow your signature, just like it was a line that you are signing on.
