I'm not from Chi-Town, but I have friends and family from Chi-Town so I know what the song is talkin about. Jay-Z is nice, but he doesn't really belong on the track, they should've gotten another Chicago artist instead like Common or Twista. It's basically about Chicago gangs, and Chicago gang violence.
