Mr. Clucky has served as Grand Marshall of Miami Beach's Annual King Mango Strut Parade and voted Top Activist in 2008. The city has now served Mr. Clucky a summons to evict him from his home and Miami Beach. Said the gal who served the summons: "Don't shoot the messenger. I LOVE MR. CLUCKY!"

even if Mr. C gets to stay in Miami, he faced bigger battles with NAIS. His owner will have to file reports of his every move. National Animal Id System is a plan for corporate ag being pushed by USDA to say their factory farmed meats are safe because everyone who owns even one livestock animal will have to register their premises, microchip and file reports and face depopulation should animal disease be suspected. see nonais dot org for more info on this stupid plan that will not work!

When is a pet bird a pet bird?

Just because Mr Clucky is a chicken he is "livestock"?

If this was a cockatoo screeching it's head off would it still be a problem? Or just another subsection of a different bylaw?

I had a neighbour complain about frogs croaking in my pond! Which turned into a really ugly shouting match with a council inspector.

These creeps that make and enforce these laws should go get real jobs and leave us alone!
