Hudson Valley Bounty - Chef Ethan Kostbar prepares Poached Alaskan Halibut - Hudson River Museum

An evening of fine dining prepared by six of the Hudson Valley's leading chefs to benefit the Hudson River Museum's education programs. The chefs combined their talents to create a six-course menu, expertly prepared with wine.
