An evening of fine dining prepared by six of the Hudson Valley's leading chefs to benefit the Hudson River Museum's education programs. The chefs combined their talents to create a six-course menu, expertly prepared with wine.
In these "sneak preview" films, the chefs show, in their own kitchens, how they will to prepare each course at the Museum for the evening's dinner.
