@fatcatsathat That's right we are true Emergency fans. Never missed an episode. It was a GREAT SHOW! as was Dragnet and Adam 12. They paved the way for these newer shows, Some try, but they can't touch Emergency. It's in a Class all it's own, I think it worked so well because of the close realationship the cast had.

Hey Randy, you ok?

i think its funny that a person could be more worried about top secret material than an other mans life i know secrets have to be kept to a point

0:24 (Lopez): What is that? LOLOL..

@fatcatsathat I think Emergency! did receive it's due credit when it was inducted into the Smithsonian Museum, not in the TV wing, but in the public service section because the show was so instrumental in helping to promote the paramedic program. People demanded paramedic services because they watched this show. People learned about paramedics because of Emergency!.

Amen to those coments from you fatcatsathat.I agree with you 100%. It's a shame
that they did not do more tv movies of this show.Or even a big movie of it like they
did for DRAGNET,that would've been verycool. R.I.P.Webb,London,Troupe.

Won't someone PLEASE help me get my hands on the series from outside the US (Europe)?! Yes, I would buy the DVDs if it weren't for the area code restrictions of my DVD player, but being as it is my only option is the internet and it's not the most helpful! Please load the series up where us Europeans can see them! :(

6:40 Just give me two minutes to check on personnel. Cap: Look, look in four minutes a man without oxygen has brain damage. Enough said by the captain..
I enjoyed Emergency! when in was on the air and later in syndication. There have been other shows detailing the lives and adventures of firemen, but none have withstood the tst of time like Emegency!
I think that what makes Emergency! so remarkable duing the time it aired on NBC is that it always had the same timeslot on Saturday night and no changes to the starring cast.
It's a pity that Emergency! nver really received it's due credit. Kudos to Jack Webb and R.A. Cinader and the cast.
