Jamie Baulch ran an awesome leg jimmyg14, he started 10m down and finished 5m down. In a relay it is not necessarily a problem if you burn your energy off in the middle 200m IF you are in 3rd place because tactically you have to at least give yourself a chance of gaining on the lead, so have to disagree there and say Baulch did a grand job for GB!

jamie baulch had big balls but no brains. he would always go crazy down the back straight and die in the home straight. i thought he would have learnt in atlanta. same thing happened. big heart and big balls tho.
Davian Clarke was flying home, he let tyree and mark get away from him on the second turn. Clarke was one of the most consistently good relays runners i have seen.
