I actually directed this. Our 'roaming reporter' was doing an interview with some guys who made a Star Wars parody. That actually isn't Officer Don in the stormtrooper outfit. One of the guys in the movie stood in front of the camera while Officer Don did the voice over. Out of context, I can see how this seemed like some stupid stunt by Officer Don, but in context it was actually pretty hilarious.
