  • I agree. She does *not* have a loaded bell.

  • I belive the hollow ones start off at 35 lbs annd I agree I use 53s and you know you have something there

  • It would be more believable had you filled up the empty loadable kettlebell so that it had some weight to it. I don't care who you are, when you swing a 53lb kettlebell, you can tell that the person is swinging weight and not an empty ball.
