"Long Time Sun" is a song sung typically at the closing of a Kundalini Yoga class or session. It was traditional a Scottish blessing! Both my fiance and I are part Scottish and since I didn't dedicate a song to my Scottish Grandmother for Mother's Day (since my Dad said she doesn't like music which I find hard to believe) I wish to dedicate this rendition to her.

The phrase "SAT NAM" which I repeat three times at the end of the song is Sanskrit and can best be translated to mean "Truth is my Essence". However, I've heard it translated also as "The TRUTH in me salutes the TRUTH in you" which I find very poetic. I believe that TRUTH can be seen as the divine within all of us and connects us all. LOVE is an expression of TRUTH; hence, an expression of our innate divinity!
