  • cracking on this lift is retarded, only haters who sit behind a computer can critique such an awesome performance. 300 pounds from the ground to overhead in such a short time is sick, and not mention the guy runs a mile under 6 minutes. Stop hating and put your videos out there instead! -alex crossfitoneworld!

  • @azandu - No he chose to go to the gym instead of picking up a game controller

  • @1PuchKill

Oh you're right, validity of my point is entirely dependent on whether or not I can lift the weight in question!

  • @fLKommotioN Can you do that with 300 pounds? ...No I dont think so.

  • @1PuchKill I feel that way every time I break another 100 pounds on my squat. I freak the fuck out haha

  • >clean and jerk

    >gigantic press out

    so it didn't count right

also why the hell do they have to establish a 3 rep max cnj?

  • I love that at the end, I have that same feeling when I get somthing great, exept people at the gym just think I am weird.

  • @magicapricot No. A legal jerk has the elbows locked in one smooth motion. He had to finish the movement each time with a press out, otherwise known as a "push press".

  • @EndlersaurusRex no its a jerk but its a power clean

  • Why are people critiquing his technique? He keeps relatively solid form and the only complaint would be the "press" instead of "jerk" (unless you're going to delve into tiny nuances that even a solid lifter doesn't always do).

    He's strong and did well.

  • @xXxMrMysteryxXx Haha...fair enough.

  • @wisdometernal Sorry I guess I misread your original comment. You meant this guy makes CrossFit respectable, despite the fact that CrossFit didn't contribute to his abilities, yeah that makes sense.... Take your "eternal wisdom" (or lack thereof) and stick it up your ass.
