How do I keep from hurting my neck? ALso, if I don't feel the burn in my abs the first time I do it, does that mean I was doing it wrong?  If so, what can I do to correct this?

dont pull with your armsor neck. you are probably useing your arms you hold your arms behind our neck for balace. your abs are suposed to do all the work

try to focus on the abs and relax all other muscles. if you are begginer you can help yourself with the hands or stmg but that won't work as usually

people arent answering you correctly. Even with perfect ab movement and focus if you are just starting your neck will start hurting due to not being use to the movements. After a couple of weeks your neck wont hurt anymore as you get use to and strengthen your muscles. HOpe this helps.

dude ur 15, you are supposed to be eating that much... even if you weren't exercising, the natural growth spurt you're still going through burns thousands of calories on its own... combined with all ur exercise, it is no surprise that ur in shape. ur progress does not exactly denote what the average adult should be doing. u can't say that ur diet and workout shows u can eat whatever you want because at your age, u couldn't curb ur calorie intake even if u tried... btw, it's spelled 'physique'
