However, that is not the ultimate goal of Yoga: "to have a natural death by your own will". You can perfect P'howa, and you can be successful in a P'howa technique, even too early in life. It could be because of extreme circumstances such as impending death, due to being stuck somewhere after some cataclism or an unjust death penalty. P'howa done early, if mastered is preferable. But that has not lead you to the goal.
The goal of Yoga is complete revelation of the Self.
