My fastest solitaire was in 52 seconds. I didn't cheat and as you can see, i use hpyercam to record this.

thats pretty good. my best is 27 seconds. I took about 2 years off and got 60 seconds first try today which isnt too bad. Im trying to find someone with a legit record but every video i watch someone is cheating. this one looks pretty genuine tho
