i cant get the damn gearbox back into the lower receiver; please help!

i am srry but this guide suks he doesn't really show u the small pieces and with those small little white things he just says 'ok make sure there in the right direction' ya it would be nice if he told u wat direction was right now i am screwed kause my trigger mechanism broke so i got a new 1 and when i saw the vid to take it apart i did wat they said now they dont say anything for the re assembly vid and now i have the part but i kant get it back together
