Dr Who's head is actually Gareth Hunt's head from when they were going to make New Avengers action figures but abandoned the project.

I know there not the best looking or designed doctor who toys but I bet at the time that's what a lot of doctor who fan wanted for Christmas but you do not see many of them about theses days.

Who made or designed these toys? They look like some alternate universe version of each character. They're close, but not quite. They're like suggestions of what they're supposed to be.

Still got my Denys Fisher Dr Who toys from when I was a kid. Apart from Leela. Seemed a bit too girly for me at the age of 7.
Wish I had it now though :(
