  • @MapleSephiroth Not the ones that come thru the top of the turrent .

  • @MapleSephiroth A good portion of the usable M1s are still A1 or A2, which has this "little" problem...aaaand the first and second gulf war weren't that long ago...

  • @AKAtheA That was a LONG time ago. The APU is mounted inside the tank instead of outside now.

  • @MapleSephiroth the M1A2 has been repeatably proven to have it's APU disabled with a .50 cal :D

  • @Alloyaha ATGM's are used to kill main battle tanks. A .50 cal won't even scratch a T90, T72, or M1. An ATGM is very cost effective though, dude. You can use a 14,000 dollar missile to destroy a 4,000,000+ dollar tank.

  • @tibchy144 those are not armor piercing rounds.. maybe that is wyh numb nut.

  • @mymonterey For one it's cheaper. You can either fire an ATGM for about $14,000 a shot. Or a burst of .50 cal for about $2.00 a shot? Which would you rather have your tax dollars used for? Cheap and effective, or expensive and effective?

  • to shot at two target at the same time

  • looks like it didnt penetrate the armor plate
