I love you interpretation of this film - I always love to see how people interpret this.

I must admit that I think it's one of the most underrated films of the 90s - from it's Fellini inspired opening to Bill's realisation that he is in fact the bad guy!!

I always watch it and can't help associate Bill with Travis Bickle in terms of being an alienated man living in the 90s.

BTW, what was that background score you used (you didn't mention it in your info bit)

I really love this movie and it is 97% true.

The regular White Anglo guy who does what he is supposed to do - gets a good science degree - is patriotic, works for US Defense Company, tries to be a good husband, good father and everyone abuses him, insults and disrespects him.

One day he stops taking the abuse and all the bad forces get their just desserts.

I like it how the Mestizo gang bangers and rich old golfers get the same punishment as both are equally bad.

His wife is the worst.
