  • This is a beautiful page. I love your use of letter stamps! I have a question though...can you tell me how you clean them? I always talk myself out of using my stamps b/c I never know how to clean them.

  • @artandsoul2 I don't usually! Most of the ink I use is black permanent ink, so I just stamp it off excess onto a piece of paper. I only clean them properly if I use non permanent ink which will come off if you use another colour over the top of it. My choice of cleaner is the StazOn cleaner which you just rub the dauber top of the bottle over the stamps and wipe dry with tissue. This cleaner is not suitable for Acrylic stamps however.

  • Hi Rachel I was introduced to your work by jennings644 and she is sooo right your work is wonderful tfs xx

  • @craftingmandyb No, I don't write my personal thoughts on my pages, but rather I create them through art. Every art journaler approaches it differently. Some people are all about the writing, others about the art, some do a bit of both. There is no right or wrong, it is your journal for you to express your thoughts and ideas however you wish. I often use a title or quote to summarise the page - things that appeal to me at the time. Hope that helps :-)

  • Hi Rachel.

My name is Charlotte, and I'm 12 years old.

I tried to recreate this page in my own way.

Please, have look at it - your thoughts would be appreciated?

  • This is one of the best teaching videos I have ever seen......and trust me I have watched probably 150+ the last few months. I am a self-taught newbie and I appreciate you so much showing all the products you are using and the step-by-step process. I have subscribed to your videos and I will probably be watching all of them. Thank you!

  • WOW..... so so pretty!

  • Beautiful layout!! I enjoyed watching it "come to life" as you created each new and next embellishment. Thanks for sharing!

  • Thank you SO much for sharing and teaching with such great detail!!!

  • This is amazing! Thanks for sharing. I am trying to develop new artistic skills and have never been good at the spontaneous, drawing etc. but watching your video has inspired me to try using my love of stamping and paper crafting and take it to a whole different place :-)

  • @RachO113 Most of my ink is not permanent so I am going to have to go buy some StazOn cleaner. Thanks! :)
