Here's a couple quick Kettlebell complex variations. A few exercises combined into a couple awesome sets. This is great for combat athletes, or anyone looking to get in ridiculous condition. Technique is critical, but once you get it down, this combo is great.

I believe that drill was done with a 60 lb KB. I have sets from 5 lb- 100lb. Different weight for clients, and myself, depending on type of workout, either strength, power, conditioning, low rep, high rep etc.
