By-pass the UAC prompt introduced in Windows Vista and now Windows 7 for certain tasks.
This example shows how to turn Windows Aero on and off, using Task Scheduler, without the UAC Prompt (User Account/Access Control).
Commands:
Aero Off: net stop uxsms
Aero On: net start uxsms
Task Scheduler Shortcut:
schtasks /run /tn "noaero"
schtasks /run /tn "aero"
** REMEMBER TO PUT THE TASK NAME IN QUOTES!
