I had a worse reaction when I was little, they gave it to me for long time, instead of getting better I was getting worse :( :(, that doctor lost his license later on when I kid died, I didnt cause a family friend another doctor realized there was something wrong as soon as he saw me when we went to visit him at his house, I was only 6, every day was like a nightmare, I was only at peace when asleep :( ... i missed my first year in elementary :(

Happened to me in August, ER dr said if I hadn't of gone to the ER I would have died in my sleep.

Im allergic to penicillin aswel.
I take the pill then exactly 3 hours later i start feeling really strange, my stomach starts feel a bit icky and then about half an hour later im sick. Then im absolutely fine. So weird.

When I was in the hospital, I had an alergic reaction to one of the antibiotics I was on, and nine days after discharge, got HIVES. I am doing better. It was descovered when I woke up Sunday Morning at around 3:00. It lasted one day.
ITS HORRIBLE.

thank you for posting this. My husband told me that he was allergic to penicillin and had gotten hives after using it once years ago. I didn't realize how terrible the hives could be. I will be sure to discard the penicillin the doctor gave us and ask for something else. AND I will be sure to tell the doctor, next time, that he is allergic.
