@awsomeshot Getting a CCW in Ca is not really all that hard there are only 14 counties that make it difficult and a few of them are getting CCW friendly Sheriffs.

@Riflemanm16a2 -when he first says shall issue is is talking about "shall-issue" and later in the must issue comment he is talking about the ccw/chl licensing being unbiased.

@lbizzythefire yeh... still seems like you basically are carrying something else to be stolen lol. If you are @ gunpoint in a mugging they are gonna shoot if you run or duck for cover. I would never choose to live in cali but if I did I would probably carry illegally. I am grateful I live in a state that hasnt abolished my right to life yet.

@awsomeshot And a CCW is NOT just like a drivers ID. Drivers ID is recognized by all other states. CCW is not. And a drivers license is shall issue (state MUST give it out if you qualify). CCW is not in some states where you have to prove why you need it.

@awsomeshot you lack basic sense. Driving a car on a state built, tax funded highway is a PRIVILEGE granted by the government. The right to self defense is an inherent HUMAN RIGHT that must not be infringed. I agree that citizens should have training. Yeah I think I know the difference between the bible and the Constitution. The Constitution was based on biblical principles, a document designed by men. The bible (some believe) is the actual words of God himself written down by men.

I think Ayoob got it mixed up at 1:12. He says "shall-issue" means "if they feel like it." Then later he says "shall-issue" means they must. I believe he meant "May-issue" the first time.
