Barb, John and I made it to the top of Pyramid Peak a-okay despite a 3 am start in the dark, light rain, and some treacherous snowfields on the way up. There were some classic scrambling and 4th class moves that make this a great climb. However, be prepared for a ten to 12 hour day and some very dangerous exposure in places!
Jeff, in this video, is a local guy who "flew" up Pyramid in almost half our time...

Yes, there can be some very serious exposure (potential for a long fall) along both sides of the route...
