Is Jesus a Republican? The way some people act, Jesus is a Republican.
Folks, He was not political. He told people to pay their taxes ("Render unto Caesar"), and that would include the rich and the corporations.
Jesus acknowledged and respected choice ("Behold, I KNOCK....). Notice, He didn't say he knocks down your door, he knocks--it's your choice to open it to Him. If Jesus is not going to force religion on people, why are YOU forcing religion on people?

i find it disconcerting how the supposed "Christians" (conservative, right wing Republicans) can be so critical of other people - when God says "judge not lest ye be judged" and "he who has no sin, cast the 1st stone". Whatever happened to "I am my brother's keeper"? The extreme's now in politics - we can't even have a reasonable conversation without the right feeling they are under attack - then they lash out with such vitrol, spewing hate! I feel at times that we are in Nazi Germany

@StoogeWatcher TROLL much? I am a proud liberal...I support your right to be a christian, a republican, a muslim, a lesbian, and an asshole. I do not support you trying to tell me that I have to believe what you believe about a man in the sky. That is my personal business not yours and definately not my governments. Stay out of my freedom of religion, FREEDOM OF RELIGION is just that freedom. I do not believe in any god and I am an American and my family has been for over 300 yrs.
