It's all to well maintained and clean.

@Andrewcranky I agree; in fact, my first thought even before reading the description was that it looks like a resort that closed for the season. There will be lack of snow in the summer.

@Bllackguard666 The thing that tells me it's not abandend is the presence of trees, but no leaves on the ground. Or pine neadles. Or any other naturaly accuring litter and/or weast. The place is clean.
That means someone is cleaning and maitaning it.
It's may not be being used at the point this vidio was taken. But it is clearly not abandend.

@Andrewcranky Not all abanondments are a mess. The city of Gary, IN is a good example. Hardly any people left, everything is empty, for a few years now, and still looks livable. The lack of economy killed it.
Plus, 3-4 years will not make a place look trashed, but after about 7 or so....yah.

2008年9月にゴンドラステーションの裏手に行きました。その時もまだ美しかったですよ。再開して欲しいですね。
