A quick look at my new square foot garden that's in Ontario near Toronto. The clip was taken on June 6 2010. I also show the Rain Bird drip irrigation system that I have installed. It runs on a Gardena timer. I have been using the four times a day for three minute mode due to the fact that we have been experiencing a heat wave for almost two weeks. The garden was constructed and planted three weeks ago.
I plan on updating at least every week to show progress.

Looks good. I built two more 4 X 4 boxes for a total of three 4x4s. Just starting to eat some vegetables grown this June. Happy gardening.

@MrTerrym1964 I found you last year when I was in an apartment. Happy to say I closed on my first housein November, and although its NYE, I am eagerly awaiting spring to begin my garden. I am watching your whole series tonight. Thanks for making the experience of an entire growing season available to me in one evening. Thank you, so very much.

Thanks for posting the videos! I just built some raised beds in March. (I just uploaded it).I added some drip irrigation late (I need to fix that next spring.) But I'm going to try this squarefoot gardening next year as well. Yours looks great! I guess I was thinking everything is planted so close together.. but it seems to work!

Looks like your doing good so far. Rosemary doesn't like too much h20 that may be the problem. If so make sure it's in full sun if not u can start to get a fungus. What type of drip irrigation do u have? Was i t very expensive for the supplies and hard to install?

@3xslady Thanks for the tips on my rosemary. My drip irragation is made by rainbird. I got the complete kit on sale at lowes for under $100, that includes buying extra hose and fittings..It was pretty easy to install, just make sure to have your layout and measure twice before you start cutting the hose...Hope this helps you get started with your system
