@livfit Not to mention the non-organic milk! I'm sure they were trying to "sell" the ideas.
I agree that a perfect diet will abstain from grains, but for the average high school kid - these are great substitutes. I would say less than 1% of youths are even this healthy when it comes to diet.

1. Phytic Acid
2. Lectins
3. Protease Inhibitors
4. Alpha-amylase Inhibitors
5. Alkylrescorcinols
6. Molecular-mimicking proteins
This is just to start with. You need to look carefully as remember the grain industry is big money and big corruption. People think grains are cheap - they need to remember they subsidize the farmers with our tax money - take away the subsidizes and see what happens.
